basically, dual shot aim for accurate is out, and it doesnt work if youre using full or semi auto, and you have to aim to use the ability. so gnives at 100 meters would be at short range, if he took his gun and went one half round aim, and rolled a 20, hed get 5 degrees of success and do 3d10 total damage with his rifle.
this makes needler sniper rifles suddenly very worth it.
