Parry and Dodge
Parry and Dodge are now opposed rolls against the attacker. Parry will be ran a bit differently than Dodge for the sake of these rules. If you fail an opposed Parry check the target will get to add +2 damage for every other degree of success they win by. If you succeed in an opposed parry check you gain +10% against that target next round for every other degree of success you achieve.
Alotting actions to Defense and Offense
Players may forfeit multiple attacks to gain an extra defensive option. This works in conjunction with the full defensive option if you have only one attack. This also means a PC that forfeits an extra melee or ranged attack in a round may be granted an additional defensive option. In short, sacrificing all out attack ability for a chance at defense.
Experience Point Expenditures
You are not allowed to buy things of higher tier without GM approval. In the case of buying things from higher tiers the forumla is simple to figure out xp cost.
1 + (level of tier - Your current level of tier) x XP Cost at that tier = Your Cost.
